For this weekend to go off without a hitch, we need the help of Worker Bees. We ask that you consider families that are on time committed, hard workers, easy to get along with, good communicators, and flexible that could benefit financially from the opportunity to work instead of one child’s Convention fee. They will play a very important part in the success of our weekend.

We have a spectacular two-day event planned and feel confident that the weekend will be a massive success if everyone helps out!

Please submit your Worker Bee candidates’ information (Student name, Parents name, Cell #, email address, and Dance School) to GiGi Hartman at dmpcchapter1@yahoo.com by January 31, 2025.

Registered Members are required to fulfill their worker bee jobs at the PAC weekend event all three days Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If a member cannot fulfill their assigned job Friday, Saturday and Sunday there will be a $250 fee charged to replace their DMPC assigned jobs.

If you have a Worker Bee parent, please forward their Name, Phone, Email, Studio, and Student’s name.

* When registering online use the Code: workerbee for one (1) child per family’s convention fees. Worker Bees need to be able to work both days of the convention/competition.
1-25 students = (1) Worker Bee
56-75 students = (2) Worker Bees
76-99 students (3) Worker Bees
100 and over = (5) Worker Bee’s.
