  • Ryley Polak is a dancer, teacher, choreographer who resides in Los Angeles, California where he received his BFA in commercial dance. (Hussian College In Studio Los Angeles). While studying in college Ryley was signed by the Movement Talent Agency which now represents him as both a Dancer and Educator. Throughout his professional career he has worked on sets of commercials, movies, music videos, and TV shows such as A24’s “Dick’s: The Musical”

    “VROOM” SuperBowl commercial, and Anna Margo’s “Bad Friend” music video. Ryley has performed internationally and danced with company’s like Royal Flux and Volta Collective in places like Italy, Canada, London, Cyprus, and more. Some choreographers Ryley has worked with include Mike Tyus, Jaclyn Royal, Mandy Moore, and many others. Ryley was also the Joe Tremaine choreography Scholarship winner in his freshman class which was awarded to him for his choreography. Ryley takes pride in his work as a dancer and choreographer and provides a professional, educational, and inspiring environment that is a combination of fun, athletic, and challenging movement. He specializes in Contemporary, Acrobatics, Jazz, modern, Technique, and Stretching.

  • Rachel was born in Houston, TX, and joined New York City Ballet in 2015. In 2023 she began performing with State Street Ballet, and she is now a Freelance Artist in based in Southern California. In 2018 while she was at NYCB, she was featured in Ballet Now, a documentary directed by Steven Cantor, and in 2019 she was the dance double for "Anita" in Steven Spielberg's West Side Story. Rachel has also been highlighted in articles by Women's Wear Daily and Dance Spirit, as well as the cover feature of Pointe Magazine's June/July 2018 issue.

  • Nick Anthony is an entrepreneurial artist, dancer, choreographer, teacher, mentor, coach, & consultant based in Los Angeles, CA. Having grown up in a family of versatile artists & small business owners in western Massachusetts, Nick was introduced to the world of entrepreneurship & business management, as well as to the greater communities of dance, music, theatre, entertainment, & the performing arts, at an early age. The family business that had the greatest impact on Nick was none other than his mother & aunt’s dance studio, the Hackworth School of Performing Arts, which was opened by Nick’s great grandfather in 1934 & is still going strong. While dance was always something Nick was passionate about & enjoyed, it wasn't until his college years at Quinnipiac University that he realized & acted on his desire to move to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the arts & entertainment industry. Shortly following his college graduation in 2010, Nick took what he learned from his Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management degree, as well as his years of dance training & experiences, & dove into the LA dance scene in the fall of 2011. Since then, Nick has been represented by Bloc Talent Agency & Clear Talent Group as a dancer & choreographer & The Movement Talent Agency as a dance educator. His performance & choreography work spans from movies, television, & music videos to commercials, web series, live shows, & more. Some of his more notable credits on this front so far include: Dr. Ken, Arrested Development, Dance Moms, All the Right Moves, Real Life: The Musical, Lindsey Stirling, Neon Trees, Kidz Bop, Disney, Coca Cola, Ryan Seacrest Productions, GAP, & the NBA D-League. As a dance educator, due to having grown up studying all styles of dance & working with a vast array of teaching professionals over the years, Nick’s classroom leadership style, as well as his choreography & movement choices, are versatile & uniquely his. These days his primary focuses for choreography & classroom instruction are hip hop, contemporary, improvisation, & acrobatics/tumbling, though he coaches, cleans, critiques, judges, & provides feedback for all movement styles. Nick has been consistently traveling nationally & internationally for close to 15 years to share his work & to pass along what he’s learned to the next generation, through master classes, workshops, seminars, coaching & mentoring sessions, & personalized feedback & critiques. He has been able to collaborate with over 200 dance studios, schools, teams, companies, & colleges, dozens of conventions, competitions, & events, & thousands of students across all ages & levels throughout the US, as well as parts of Canada, Central America, & Thailand. He's a regular faculty member for Dance Educators of America (DEA), Dance Masters of America (DMA), American Dance Awards (ADA), Move: The Initiative, & Generation IV (GIV). He has also taught &/or judged for the likes of Velocity Dance Convention, LA Dance Magic, Hollywood Dance Jamz, Regional Dance America, DanceXplosion, Headliners, Dance Fierce, Breaking Bounds, & Kids For Kids, to name a few. In addition to his pursuits as a dancer, choreographer, & educator, through his company NAKOA Network, founded in 2016, Nick has served as a manager, producer, organizer, & director for many individual artists & their projects, as well as for such companies as Shaping Sound, Generation IV, The Dance Counsel, IV REAL MVMNT, UN.Conventional, & Curtain Call Costumes for their fashion line NX3. Most recently, amidst his on-going touring schedule of teaching, choreographing, & judging throughout the year, Nick has been building his newest venture, NAKOA YOUuniversity, a very personal & mission driven coaching, consulting, mentoring, & training business established to help educate, guide, & empower aspiring & established professional artists & creatives of all types to more confidently & effectively navigate & manage their lives, careers, & finances. A 2024 graduate of the Jay Shetty Certification School, Nick is a certified Life & Success Coach & offers valuable one on one private sessions for individual clients of all backgrounds. He also leads group classes & seminars for artists, entertainers, & creative professionals at various studios, schools, companies, & events, including such places as the CLI Conservatory in western MA, on topics ranging from mindset development & management, entrepreneurship, business strategy & implementation, financial literacy & money management, branding & marketing, & career management & decision making to lifestyle design & organization, goal achievement & habit formation, personal & professional growth, networking & relationship building, & confidence & self-esteem improvement, to name a few. While Nick frequently finds himself on the road in his professional life, enjoying the opportunities he’s afforded to travel & work with friends & peers from all over, he spends every moment he can at home in Los Angeles with his wife, Taylor, their sons, Asher & River, & their pup, Arrow.

  • Natalie Iscovich (she/her) is a Los Angeles based professional choreographer, dancer, theatrical performer, and teacher. She most recently choreographed Bonnie and Clyde at the Rubicon Theatre. Other recent choreography credits include Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time with CCAE. As well as choreographed the world premiere of the new musical WITNESSES with CCAE Theatricals in 2022, and was awarded for her work with the production. She also currently is a lecturer at Chapman University. 

    She has been working closely with LA Opera, and has served as resident choreographer and assistant director on eight operas for their LAO Connects program since 2021. As a performer she has been a part of various live productions, as well as film and television.     She received her BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from Chapman University. She is passionate about education and creating environments for dancers and people to become the best version of themselves. She is a certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor and has learned the importance of injury management and supporting artists with their physical and mental well being. You can catch her class weekly at Millennium Dance Complex. 

  • Courtney Kelly has been active in the dance community for over 30 years as a dancer and teacher. Her love of dance started at age three at Straub Dance Center with  ballet, tap, jazz, pointe and lyrical while also being a part of her studios' successful competition team. She was a featured performer in Capital Holidays Lights at the Ohio State House, the Miss Ohio Competition, and the United Way Fundraiser at Nationwide Arena. Courtney has danced professionally for theme parks, in NYC and was an original member of the Columbus branch of New Vision Dance Company.  In Ohio, she taught at many successful studios serving as the Director of Children's Dance, Ballet Director, faculty at BalletMet Academy, and choreographing multiple award-winning competition routines in musical theatre, tap, jazz, ballet and contemporary. In 2019 she relocated to sunny San Diego and continues to be a sought-after teacher. She is the Performance Ensemble Director and Tap/Jazz Director at Lynch Dance Institute. Under the direction of Alexandra Dickson and Tim Lynch, both former Pacific Northwest Ballet soloists, the studio is San Diego’s destination for pre-professional students.  Her students have gone on to dance professionally on cruise ships, in Europe and New York City. As a dance educator, Courtney is proud to be an active member of Dance Masters of America, having passed her exams & completing Level 1 of Dance Masters of America's Teacher Training School. She is a proud member of both Dance Master Pacific Coast Chapter 1 and Ohio Dance Masters Chapter 16. She was Petite Liaison for Title with Chapter 16 for two years and loves working with all the great students & teachers in Dance Masters. Teaching is Courtney's biggest passion & she loves watching students grow, learn and become more confident through the art of dance. 


The DMPC Difference

Dance Masters Pacific Coast, Chapter-1 offers workshops, master classes, and training sessions for teachers and students in addition to scholarship auditions, competitions, and much more.

DMPC, Chapter #1 also sponsors dance competitions throughout the year. Qualifying members will have the opportunity to compete in national competitions hosted by Dance Masters of America and others. Events include Solo Title Competitions, Dance Scholarship Auditions, and Performing Arts Competitions for member students.

Professional Development

Manuals and DVD Supplements are available to members and non-members in each area of dance. The manuals are an excellent asset for members and non-members to use teaching guides and learning tools or to assist non-members in preparing for DMA Membership Examinations. The Manuals are constantly updated and upgraded to remain on top of the constantly evolving world of dance education.
